Entry Schedule

Before entering the competition, please check the entry schedule below and the entry conditions for the meet.

An email address is required to send all receipts, entry confirmation and checking details to. We will use this email address to communicate all final arrangements for the weekends of competition. Following the conclusion of the series and results processing, your details will be removed from our systems.

Swimmer Competing Club
Only swimmers affiliated to clubs within the Hambleton Swim Squad can compete in this competition. Full details of eligibility rules can be found on the competition entry conditions

Event Entries

Before entering the competition, please check the entry schedule below and the entry conditions for the meet.

Competing Times

Times will be pulled from Swim England rankings in the first instance. Where these are not available club personal bests lists will be used.

Should a swimmer have no registered time, club coaches will be contacted to provide estimates for the swimmer.

All swimmers will have entry time loaded or created to ensure competition heats are evenly distributed and to prevent delays.

Freestyle Entries
400m, 800m and 1500m swims are for swimmers aged 11yrs+ only. Swimmers competing in these events will be ratified by the relevant club coaching team for suitability for the distances. There will be a re-entry process for these distances.
